Individual Therapy
I use a trauma-informed, evidence-based, psychodynamic approach to foster self-awareness and emotional growth helping clients heal, gain confidence, and navigate life’s challenges with strength and clarity.
Empowerment – We believe in equipping students with the tools and confidence to overcome challenges and shape their futures. Students will foster empowerment by embracing their strengths, setting personal goals, and actively participating in discussions and activities that promote self-growth.
Our Core Values in Action
Integrity – We believe honesty, accountability, and ethical behavior are essential for success. Students will foster integrity by owning their actions, being truthful with themselves and others, and consistently demonstrating respect, fairness, and responsibility in all interactions.
Community – We aim to create a safe, supportive environment where every student feels valued and connected. Students will foster community by building meaningful relationships, encouraging each other, and contributing to a culture of mutual respect, empathy, and collaboration.
Growth – We are committed to continuous learning and personal development as pathways to success. Students will foster growth by remaining open to new ideas, reflecting on their experiences, and taking actionable steps toward self-improvement.
